That experience includes over 40 years working and running a commercial property management and development company, with experience in retail operations and the training to establish the value of an active business.
The company has one principal with 12 years of experience in home construction and remodeling. That experience is available to buyers that may want to modernize an available house. The company also has a sales broker with several years of experience who understands today’s market.
